Self-Serve Car Wash Assistant Manager (Full-Time)

Weekend availability is mandatory

Foam & Wash Car Wash is hiring a strong, dependable Self-Serve Assistant Manager to help lead day-to-day operations at one of our self-service locations. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and knows how to keep a site clean, safe, and running smoothly, especially during busy and winter seasons.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Customer Service & Site Leadership

• Provide excellent customer service and support on-site issues
• Help lead, coach, and direct team members during daily operations
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency and follow-through on priorities

Daily Site Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of bays, lot, vacuums, vending, and common areas
• Complete and oversee site checklists and routine inspections
• Keep the lot and bays safe (including snow/ice prevention in winter)

Light Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform light mechanical repairs and basic troubleshooting
• Communicate equipment issues and help ensure they are logged and addressed

Inventory & Site Supplies

• Restock and maintain vending and on-site supplies
• Put deliveries away (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.)
• Assist with basic inventory control and organization

Cash/Controls (as assigned)

• Support proper cash handling and basic operational controls where needed

• Comfortable working independently and leading by example
• Able to stay productive during slow periods and keep the team on task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule required, weekends mandatory
• Supervisory/lead experience is a plus
• Car wash or facilities experience is a plus (we will train the right person)
