in the Hudson Valley region. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Audit
Clerk to join our winning team Full-Time in Poughkeepsie, NY.

What you’ll do as the Accounts Receivable & Audit Clerk:
• Audit review of daily reconciliations from car wash & laundromat
• Navigate, maintain, and troubleshoot customer/transaction database platforms for car
wash
• Verify daily Credit Card batches and refunds related to daily audits
• Maintain and establish Fleet and Dealership customer bulk car wash accounts and
orders
• Process Fleet and Dealership customer invoicing in QuickBooks
• Process and record collection of accounts receivable deposits in QuickBooks
• Ensure accuracy in general ledger
• Customer Service
• Other duties as assigned
What’s required of you:
• 2+ years of receivable experience
• Advanced bookkeeping software experience, preferably QuickBooks
• Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently and as a team
